Using this store

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the details you provide are accurate. We may cancel orders with incomplete or clearly false contact details.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Listings depend on stock; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we cancel that line and refund it in full.

Pricing errors

In the rare case of a clear pricing or typographical error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you fully rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order until it is marked shipped. Cash on Delivery orders are closed with no collection. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method after cancellation is confirmed.

Warranty

Brand-warrantied products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product page. Warranty claims outside our 7-day return window are handled through the brand's service network, with our support team assisting.
