Return & Refund Policy

Return window

You can return most products within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging with all tags, manuals and accessories included.

How to raise a return

Open your account dashboard, choose the order and select Return, or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID. We arrange a free reverse pickup within 2–3 working days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, in-ear audio products with a broken seal and personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong item

Report it within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos. We ship a replacement at our cost or refund you in full — your choice.

Refund timelines

Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of the item passing inspection at our warehouse. Prepaid refunds reach the original payment method in 2–5 working days; COD refunds are sent by UPI or bank transfer.
