Dispatch timelines

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. You receive your order ID immediately and tracking details as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.

Delivery estimates

Metro cities: 2–4 working days. Rest of India: 4–7 working days. Remote PIN codes may take up to 10 working days. Estimates exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping charges

Prepaid orders of ₹999 and above ship free across India. Orders under ₹999 carry a ₹79 shipping charge. Cash on Delivery orders also carry a ₹49 handling fee.

Delivery confirmation

When the courier provides a delivery photo or signature, we attach it to your order. Until then, tracking status is the record of delivery.

Undelivered or refused orders

If a COD order is refused at the door or three delivery attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and the order is cancelled. Repeated refusals may disable COD for that phone number.
